The Springfield, Mo R-12 school district will soon decide whether or not to abide by a Federal directive to allow transgender students to use the bathroom and locker facilities that matches their gender identity. The district is waiting to hear back from its legal advisors before making a decision, but some residents have already weighed in. Missouri Legislature Abortion Bill Guide

 

It's no secret that in conservative states like Missouri, abortion rights are a hot-button issue. This legislative session, both the house and the senate of Missouri are taking things to a whole new level.

Missouri 15th Most Religious State in America

On Monday, Pew research released a new study showing where the different states fall in terms of religiosity. Unsurprisingly, Missouri is up there, ranking in as the 15th most religious state in America. According to the survey, 70% of Missourians "believe in God with absolute certainty."
